Policies

ENFORCEMENT OF POLICIES:
Violation of any campground rule, policy, or standard of conduct may result in immediate action by management, including but not limited to verbal warnings, written warnings, fines, suspension of privileges, or immediate termination of campground access and removal from the property, at management's sole discretion. No warnings are required prior to enforcement action.


Reservations & Deposits

A Reservation and a Deposit are required to provide all campers with a designated campsite and adequate space to enjoy their visit.

RESERVATIONS ARE NOT FIRM UNTIL DEPOSIT HAS BEEN MADE.

Effective January 1, 2024, a full refund will be made for any reservations cancelled 11 days or more before the arrival date, minus a $15 cancellation fee. There will be no refunds on cancellations made within 10 days of the arrival date. All No Shows will be charged for the full reservation. The $3 fee paid with the reservation will not be refunded.

We will try to accommodate any special request for specific campsites; however, we reserve the right to move campers to other sites if necessary.

Pets are welcome in the "pet friendly" designated rentals for a fee of $20 per night per pet, Guest is liable for any damages, or excessive wear and/or tear caused by pet(s).  There are NO PETS ALLOWED in in the Lakeside House, or luxury cabin rentals.

A MINIMUM 2 NIGHT STAY is required on all Event Weekends. If a holiday falls on an Event Weekend, a MINIMUM 3 NIGHT STAY is required.

Final camping fees will be calculated and settled upon arrival.
