Online reservations are NOT guaranteed until you have been contacted by the Ranch Manager. All Reservations required a $25.00 deposit ($75.00 for 5th Wheel & Cabins). You can either pay your deposit online through PAYPAL from the home page link or you can send a check to Rainbow Ranch. All deposits must be received within 10 days of your reservation to guarantee a campsite. Your deposit will be deducted from your camping fees upon arrival. If you cannot make it to Rainbow Ranch for your reserved dates, you must CALL and cancel your reservation 7 days before your scheduled arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit (less a $3.00 handling charge). If you are renting one of our RVs, we have a required two day minimum reservation (Holiday weekends require the entire holiday period). If you have reserved a date that is within the next 48 hours (2 days), please call 1-888-875-7596 for an immediate confirmation. The Ranch Manager checks the reservation requests each morning before 10:00am. You can expect to be contacted either by email or phone within the next 48 hours with your confirmation information.
