General Rules and Information
These rules can be amended by management as needed and will become effective after seven (7) days notice. Notice will be sufficient when posted in common areas.
|1.) Registration / Check-InRainbow Ranch requires all guests to check in at the office prior to going to the camp area. All guests must sign a Release of Liability form at the time of check-in. While we do not expect anyone to experience any problems at the Ranch, accidents do happen. Use of facilities implies acceptance to Release of Liability.

|2.) Reservations & Rain EventsRainbow Ranch
requires a $25.00 deposit per rv or tent rental site, $75.00 deposit for rv rental unit, a $90.00 deposit for a cabin rental unit, and a $200.00 deposit for the house rental. The deposit check must be received at Rainbow Ranch within 10 days after you made the reservation to guarantee a campsite. A full refund will be made for any reservations cancelled 7 days or more before you reserved arrival date. There are no deposit refunds on cancellations within 7 days of your reserved arrival date. Though we will try to accommodate any special request for specific campsites, we reserve the right to move parties to other sites if need be.

|3.) Children Download Required FormChildren are welcome at Rainbow Ranch. However please note for the protection of all children and our campers we require the following documentation be provided upon checking in.
Though we do welcome children year round, be aware some of our special events are adult oriented and may not be appropriate for children. Parental discretion is advised. Children must be accompanied by a legal guardian at all times while on the property. Please feel free to contact the Ranch if you have any questions. Parental documentation is required prior to entering the campgrounds.
|4.) BoatingRainbow Ranch provides canoes for your use at no additional cost. They may be used anytime during the daylight hours. Paddles for the canoes are available at the office. Please be considerate of other campers as the boats are for everyone’s use. Please be sure to pull the boats back onto shore or anchor them to the pier so that they do not float away.|
|5.) GamesVolleyball, basketball, horseshoes, badminton, croquet, and lawn dice are available for your use at not additional cost. Please return all game equipment to their holders when you are finished. Billiards, darts, and air hockey are available in the pavilion at a small additional fee per game.|
|6.) RestroomsThe restrooms have hot water showers with flush toilets. Cold water showers are located outside which can be used to cool off on hot days or to wash your feet. All of the restrooms have A/C and heat. Please be considerate of other campers as the restrooms are for everyone’s use. Please use the showers conservatively and limit your shower to 15 minutes.|
|7.) Nature TrailsYou are welcome to wander in the woods as you choose, but please stay out of the pastures as they are currently used to grow hay. Please do not cross the fence into property belonging to our neighbors.|
|8.) Pets*** We require all pets to be on a leash or tied within their campsite at ALL times. ***
Pets without a history of aggressive behavior are welcome. Pets are not allowed to wander the campground. Please be considerate of others and pickup after your pet. You may dispose of your pets waste in any of the trash containers located throughout the campground. Management reserves the right to require pets be muzzled or otherwise restrained to ensure the safety and comfort of other campers and our staff. We know you have the sweetest pet in the world but to keep the peace, please keep your pet on a lead or tied at all times. A $10 fine may be assessed per pet each time they are found not being on a leash or tied within the campground.
Quiet hours are 11 pm to 7 am. Please keep your pet quiet during these hours.
9.) Trash Disposal
There are trash barrels available throughout the ranch for trash disposal. Please clean-up around your campsite and dispose of all trash before leaving. Please dispose of aluminum cans in the marked containers provide so they can be recycled.
|10.) Lake & Pool – SwimmingThe lake has not been cleared for swimming.
Swim at your own risk as there is no lifeguard on duty.
No running, jumping, or horseplay is permitted in the pool area or on the piers.
All rules must be followed or you may be asked to leave the swimming area or campground.
No glass is allowed in the pool or within the pool area.
Pets are not allowed in the pool or within the pool area.
*** Children under the age of 12 must have a parent or adult supervision at all times. ***
11.) Picnic Tables & Fire Rings
Picnic tables and fire rings are provided for your use. Please do not remove them from another campsite. Please do not make fires outside the designated fire rings.
|12.) CampfiresYou are welcome to have a campfire within the rings provided as long as Limestone County has not issued a Burn Ban.
Please do not leave fires unattended.
When available, firewood can be purchased at the office for a small fee of $5.00
|13.) Quads / 3 Wheelers / ATV’sDue to noise and safety we do not allow 3 wheelers, 4 wheelers, or any form of ATV’s on the property.|
|14.) ParkingThere is space for two vehicles per campsite. Additional Vehicles, Boats, Jet Skis and trailers can to be parked at the Yellow Ranch House at no additional charge. When available, campsites can be purchased to park additional vehicles at $25.00 per night.|
|15.) Ranch GatesWe lock the ranch gates when it gets dark and reopen them at 8:00 am during the week, Sunday through Thursday. Gates are open on Friday and Saturday from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. If you will be arriving late, leaving early, or plan to be outside the gates after dark please notify the office for special arrangements.

|16.) Vendors / SolicitationsBefore offering any service or product to other campers you must have approval from the ranch management.|
|17.) Golf CartsDue to noise and emissions we are only allowing electric golf carts at this time.
Golf Carts must be driven on the roads only and should NOT be driven on the grass under any circumstances.
Parking is permitted only in designated areas. Please see the ranch staff if you have any questions.
Quiet times must be observed at all times. Quiet hours are 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
All Golf Carts must be properly maintained and in working order at all times.
Golf Carts must be equipped with permanent headlights and the headlights should be kept in working order at all times.
Each passenger on a golf cart must be seated in a seat and should not be standing at any time.
