| Please note the following rules about deposit payments: |
- A per site deposit of $25 is required for all reservations ($75 for Campers / $90 for Cabins / $200 for House).
- Your deposit will be deducted from your total camping fees upon check-in at Rainbow Ranch.
- Your remaining camping fees are due when arriving at Rainbow Ranch. We accept cash, check or major credit cards.
- Your deposit will be refunded for CALLED IN cancellations made more than 7 days before your scheduled arrival date – less a $3.00 handling fee. No refund on cancellations made within 7 days of your scheduled arrival date.
- If you make a reservation and deposit payment within 48 hours of your scheduled arrival, please call 1-888-875-7596 for an immediate confirmation. Otherwise, you will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours.
- If you make a deposit payment for a Holiday, Event Weekend or RV Rental Reservation and there is no space available for your requested date(s), your transaction can be reversed and your money credited back to your account.

Remember, all deposits must be received within 10 days
from the time you made your reservation to guarantee a campsite.
